They exist, the very quiet, content, happy days. Early in the morning we bake a rhubarb cake for our loved one, pack it up for the bike (us and the cake) and then off we go. Once in the Simmental. After all, it's really beautiful there. Somewhere in between, a picnic break by the river. On over the Jaun Pass. And then finally a stop at Münchenwiler Castle to have a few cups of coffee with the "Burgfräulein" (for the uninitiated: the mother-in-law).
