Great Journey 🏍🏍 Day 32
We take the "you have to take the coastal road" route in the storm and see nothing, nothing at all. We just hope that it won't blow us off our bikes. (Well, I hope so, Gerd is much cooler there, as always) I try to get more traction in a pasticciria with lots of calories.
Trieste is calling us. If not Slovenia and Croatia, then the last city on Italy's eastern Adriatic coast.
After moving into our super nice airbnb, we stroll through the old town - the sun is visible, the wind was probably strong enough. And drink the first of many coffees to follow.
The city is full of people, we don't hear foreign languages (except Italian) nor do we see foreign number plates. Italy seems to meet here. We watch the beautifully dressed people (we ourselves only have the choice between trainers and enduro boots) and listen to the sound of this enchanting language. And decide to take a language course. If we've been in Italy for so long, it will be worth it. An educational trip, so to speak.

Hello Heicke
Question, who is the nice man next to you who is engrossed in a book. Yes, the pictures from Trieste are really beautiful. I don't know the city, only from driving by. Your reports are great, always decorated with punchlines. We are always eagerly awaiting your reports. Keep it up!!!!!
Do you get my comments. just write me yes or no.
Greetings from your coffee country.
