Carla Bruni has had a baby. Two adorable little Geissen children.
We went on a goat trekking tour with Renato in summer and accompanied the seven goats over Riederalp and Bettmeralp and back to Betten (or they accompanied us). The world of the seven goats was still in order then. (By the way, there are lots of pictures and a podcast episode about it on Leben-pur.ch under "Hiking").
Carla Bruni, the slightly stubborn yet cuddly goat-coloured mountain goat, apparently escaped sometime in autumn and paid a visit to the neighbouring herd. Not entirely without consequences.
When we found out in February that the "consequences" were already in the world, it was clear that we had to visit them in the winter stable. Now nine goats are at home at Chummulti.ch. Carla's goats are called Lisi and Loti. I have already forgotten which one is which. But they are cute! When we visited them at the weekend, they were exactly 4 weeks old. And we were in love with them. And one thing is clear: Before we go on our big trip in August, we will come to the Valais again and visit all nine of them! We promise!
