The entry into Italy was so sudden. And already we were in what felt like the south. We kürvelen through the area, finally, finally reach the sea and make a 5-day stop in Trieste, the City of coffee.
We continue on to the romantic mountains of Bassano del Grappa before paying an extensive multi-day visit to the almost deserted city of Venice. It's just nice to stroll through the streets without the crowds.
