We visit Melnik, do a fantastic hike to the Rozen Monastery and take a break for a few days in Bansko.
Since Bulgaria has so many and beautiful monasteries, the next one is also on our wish list: The Rila Monastery in the mountain range of the same name. At the pyramids of Stob, however, we stop and cheat a little.
We continue over beautiful pass roads to Batak Lake.
