Everyone knows that Sunday afternoon feeling. A nice walk, then into the warm living room and delicious coffee & cake.
The fact that we had this feeling on a Saturday doesn't matter. That we are with dear people is worth so much more. (And very important for the following). However, I would prefer not to mention that the cake (which I "baked") was a disaster.
Thank you for your brave eating anyway, dear Barbara and dear Robert. Lots of Greek yoghurt, even more cinnamon-sugar and a pot of coffee helped to get the "special" apple pie down.
Well, that's how it can go. And quite honestly? It works quite well. A normal Saturday lunch with a Sunday coffee table.

Oh how great that you now have neighbours from home + conversation partners pp.... I would love to beam this chic red bench into my garden - now that I have decorated everything in red there this year....
