The last few months have been marked by hundreds of hours of research. What do you need on an open-ended trip? Which bags? Helmets with or without communication system? Once or twice sat nav? Tank bag yes or no? Waterproof and dustproof tank bags right from the start, or would you rather have a cover when it rains? And last but not least (or first?): which bike? It quickly became clear that there would be two, but which one? In the end, it was the bottoms that decided, after all, they have to feel comfortable there from summer 2020. And permanently. The first 2000 km test round through Switzerland ?? and Italy are over and we are more than satisfied. Here's a big thank you to everyone who spent hours answering our questions, gave us top advice and even smiled good-naturedly at the last beginner's question before answering it professionally! So here's a Merci to the whole (!) team of @spaetigmotorrad ??, to Dietmar from @bikerspoint and Marc from @mmdadventures - you are all part of our great adventure from now on! #imeforthanks #merci - - Is this advertising if I gratefully mention the brands? It might be. So if you don't like advertising, please don't read on! ? @bmwmotorradch @bmwmotorrad @enduristan @shoeihelmetsusa @sena_deutschland - - -

You have two beautiful bikes for such an open-ended trip. I'm curious about the further planning and the trip.
