Today something from our "values box

When I buy a service or product, I want to value it as much as I expect to be valued in my work. That's why there is no BlackFriday for me.

This BlackFriday has been bugging me for years. Today, however, I have to write something about it. (Feel free to share the article!)
First of all, I haven't had any of my prices traded with me for about 17 years. Why?

Because I calculate what I offer very well.
Because my clients can trust me that the effort and the daily rate in the quotation are correct.
Because my work and the work of my team has a value. One that is not calculable and one that is calculable. We work with new, reliable technology, we have families, we have to travel to the clients, we train ourselves, we test, poke and scout the publishing world for the clients. We optimise our work. And we work properly, reliably and with great pleasure for our clients - I like to call them partners.
That is precisely why we have value.
And that is fixed, in my offers as a number, in thoughts also as the "so-called" added value, which often cannot be quantified.

So why should I act when all sides feel that this is the right thing to do?

And now for BlackFriday. In addition to this inconceivable desire to buy and waste of resources, Stinginess Day also stands for the perception of values in society. And not just about the values I am willing to spend. But also what I am worth to myself.

With all the products and services I buy or book, I want to feel that the provider knows what he is doing, as I described above. And I don't want to have the feeling throughout the year that he is ripping me off and calculating neatly on a single Friday. That hurts my sense of values quite a bit. And I refuse, if I can, to take this entrepreneurial attitude.

Continue in the first comment, the text is important to me, so I ask you to continue reading there as well.
