So I really am a beginner. I try to plan the Swiss Grand Tour with the sat nav and the app and on the Mac and fail because of the disastrous operation (or because I'm angry about it) and rummage around in the bookshelf until the paper map falls into my hands. Okay, it's written in French, but that works. So: get out the glue, plan the route "like in the old days". Check the passports online. Reschedule the route. Or get snow chains for the bike.
