You really can't look at all the sports that are available. In the summer, I discovered that you can do yoga and normal workouts on a SUP. Since I'm allowed to borrow Uli's SUP here, I use the beautiful (and only wave-free) Christmas sunny days to "soup".

And try to celebrate the wonderful yoga postures Wobbly Dog, Blind Creeper and Crooked Half Bend Forward on the board. It's hard to think about yogic inhaling and exhaling, all the cells are working together in a highly concentrated way to avoid falling into the water.

Apparently, the whole thing does have strong effects, because just half an hour of SUP clowning results in me having hardly any pain-free muscles the next day. I lie in the hammock moaning, whimpering and not sleeping and swear to myself that I should reconsider the sport.
