Great Journey 🏍 Day 119
Hike once around Koroni. 4 hours criss-crossing, through olive groves, along various coasts and through small villages. 15 kilometres later, the backpack had filled up with lavender flowers, marigold flowers, mountain sage and a lot of wildly grown mini aubergines and peppers.

Apart from a scooter driver speeding merrily along the stone beach (and quickly turning back when the beach suddenly ended) and a cheerfully waving olive farmer on his rust-protective paint vehicle, we really didn't meet a soul. Apparently the Greeks don't go out for walks. And tourists probably didn't feel like visiting the area either.

So we were alone on the road and pondered the next steps of our journey. Because - one thing is clear - being cooped up is starting to get on our nerves too. But walking, fresh air and just pure nature is good for everyone. And, a jar full of olive oil, marigold blossoms and lavender is waiting to be made into riblusa. Let's see if I can improvise this. At the weekend I can get a tiny bit of beeswax from the beekeeper.
