We leave Stockholm after a few days. Lots of museums, lots of metro and even more big city feeling. As always, after a few days in the city, we are drawn out into the countryside, into nature. And yes, also high up in the north. Maybe our wish will come true and we will discover moose or even reindeer? (Spoiler: we observed a single squirrel 🐿).
We find a dreamy & icy spot somewhere on the beach (which is frozen, of course, but we didn't want to go swimming today) and go all quiet. Drink lots of tea, wander through the forest and get ourselves sorted. So many impressions at once is a lot for us slow travellers. So first of all: a rest.
We are thrilled by colourful sunrises and fiery sunsets, glittering ice floes on the beach and families suddenly barbecuing by the forest at midday.
And since we have wonderful internet reception here (like everywhere else in Sweden, how do they do it?), we will probably stay here for the next few days, so we can open our offices and work in peace.
Yes, input breaks are also part of it and are sooo important!
