Wales - Fairy Glen in Snowdonia National Park

Grand Tour - Wales - Day 751

Wednesday. Our weekend starts.

Now we don't know yet that we have to do it again in the afternoon, but that's just the way it is as a self-employed person. Sometimes it's yourself and all the time.

Nevertheless, we first romp through Snowdonia National Park. Hiking to a fairy valley.

Of course, not all people can see the fairies here, but we are accompanied by quite a few invisible beings already when we are looking for a parking space and find the only place in the appropriate Felix length.

Quickly the hiking boots are on our feet (yes, we still had to do it alone, fairies don't seem to be responsible for that) and we start walking.

Here across a field, there past a forest. We can already hear the rippling of the river and a little later we see the "Fairy-Glen", the valley of the mythical creatures. If only the sun would glisten a little, well, that would be great. But we are in the British Isles and here the sun does shine in liquid form.

Nevertheless, the fairies dance in the whirlpool and we climb over moss-covered rocks. Of course, our well-trained and adventure-tested guardian angels are by our side in large numbers and don't let us slip. (I silently wonder if they only come along in such numbers to dance a bit with the fairies over the water whirlpools).

On the way back we get very wet from the liquid sun, but no matter, in our rolling house we find dry clothes, a warm tea and finally a belated early morning mi.

Merci for "travelling with us

We are thinking about taking another break from travelling in the summer and visiting our families in Germany and Switzerland. One of the ideas is to organise a Lecture about our long journey to the Persian Gulf to prepare. If you would like to, what would interest you the most? We will also tell stories here that don't find a place here on the blog. We're thinking of the Bern and Berlin area - simply because we have family there. But other places are also conceivable. Feel free to write to us.

Do you think our travel experiences might be of interest to others? Then you can share the Share post quietly. By e-mail or however you want to do it.

In addition, if you haven't already done so, you can use our Newsletter subscribe. Here you will receive all our experiences in your mailbox whenever we publish something new or once a week on Fridays: live-pur.ch/newsletter

We are also very happy to hear your views, your tips or your questions. Just comment on the post!
