Rubbish collection in Sri Lanka. The rubbish bags are placed on the street at some point. Then the street dogs and monitor lizards help themselves. And then at some point the rubbish "truck" comes and collects the leftovers. Unfortunately, a lot is left lying around and the cities and the roadsides are full of this unspeakable plastic waste.
