Today I learnt two things: Number 1: When it says 6 pm, it doesn't mean 6 pm. Of course, I was at the Triton fountain at 6 o'clock. There must be some kind of relative time here. 7 pm still nothing happened and I was so cold that I went into a Burger King for the first time in years (to warm up).
Result: The fountain is standing, is lit up and people are building like crazy. I'll try again tomorrow.
