The hot air shimmers. My heart ️ puckers with excitement. I could dance and do somersaults for joy. Except for the somersaults, that's what I do. I have sand everywhere anyway. In my hair, in my clothes, in my shoes anyway. But especially in my eyes (yeah contact lenses!!!) and in my mouth. It's nice and crunchy.
