Filling up with water. Drinking from the river. And all that without wet feet. While we are trudging through the Rosenlaui Gorge, along the beautiful autumn landscape, an elderly couple looks at me punishingly and says that you should never walk without sturdy shoes. Wafer-thin soles. Feeling every little stone. Very close to it. And the result is fantastic foot, sole and joint muscles. So: a great running experience. And I leave the lecturing gentlemen standing there smiling and say, to incredulous faces, that I have run across the Alps ? like this. The looks are divine! 1TP6Barefoot 1TP6Barefoot shoes #barefoot 1TP6Crossing the Alps
