One day in Luang Prabang. While so many people pull out their travel guides and spend 3 to 4 days in the holy city, we are drawn to nature. Outside. We use the day to plan, to stroll, to be together. - - We visit Wat Zieng Thon, probably the most important temple in the city. We check out various street cafés and end up at a massage that heats us up. The masseuses seem to come straight from hell and we are the victims. We've had more pleasant hours. - - And last but not least, we find ourselves at the night market, where I buy some trousers that I will probably give to my daughter (without trying them on is kind of stupid...) and we feast on various Lao delicacies. - - All in all, a successful day and not very spectacular, but just a cosy get-together. - - Leben pur!
