Who says that repairing motorbike trousers or servicing motorbike boots should only take place in a quiet room?
The recent sick visit to Kalamata mutated into a service visit. First I mended Gerd's trousers, later I wanted to try out the shoe polish I had just bought (sorry, young readers: it really is called that!).
It was actually worth it: suddenly there were 4 pairs of motorbike boots in front of me. So there was plenty to keep me occupied. And since work is supposed to be fun, the whole thing was of course done in the best weather, with the best view and, above all, in the best company.
Thank you both (@discovering_the_world_2019) for your hospitality and your confidence in my still-improving boot-cleaning skills.
PS: And yes, I know that we have Goretex-and-a-lot-of-plastic boots. You can also make them shine wonderfully.
