Great Journey 🇸🇪 Day 512
The water tank is always empty, the toilet is full, the dishes haven't been done or the AdBlue indicator is flashing. Or the water outlet freezes.

Sometimes (actually always) the water doesn't flow out of the Brünneli (design vs. function) and because of the strange insulation and the consequently cooling cabinet construction, our olive oil is also only available in one piece.

And then there's the subject of laundry: we walk to the launderette every 3 to 4 weeks with our laundry-filled bags. Two hot drinks and two waffle sandwiches later, we have our clean laundry back, most of it dried. A few sensitive items we hang up in our (sauna) bath, it dries faster here than in the outdoor air.

Oh yes, then there are cold shoes that are preheated in front of the heating outlet. Even red wine that is much too cold gets its comfortable temperature here. (We're having visitors, hence the red wine!).

All in all, a completely normal life, like with a flat. Okay, refilling the water and emptying the toilet was easier, but the rest? Whether you do the laundry twice a week or every two weeks, or whether you put your shoes on or in front of the radiator after a hike remains the same. Or is it?

No matter how everyone lives, it is usually self-selected, self-decided and hopefully largely satisfied. Here and there.

We somehow took the organisational stuff, life next to work, great excursions, interesting museums and country highlights with us.

Just like us: you always take yourself with you. If you are unkind to yourself and to people before the journey, you will be unkind on the journey. If you tried to be loving towards yourself and people before the journey, you will probably continue to be so on the journey.

So much for camper romance! There is everything. Everywhere. In all facets.
