I haven't counted them - but there are countless beautiful new and old bridges over streams. The Strada Alta is an old mule track and while walking I can well imagine how people used to walk/drive along here with horses, donkeys or maybe even carriages. The villages I pass through are still in the 19th century and time seems to stand still once more. So slowly I become calm and can be much more.
