Today I had the full portion of rocky path. I followed an old mule track again, which is also a stage of the Sbrinz route. Very beautiful, but because I walked exclusively downhill today, I notice my little legs especially today. I'm lying in the tent now and I'm going to take another portion of magnesium and put some cream on my calves to thank them properly.
