If you don't want to go up, there is always a way through the middle. Here through the Teufelsgraben. Or was it the Witches' Gorge? I don't remember exactly, but it was a wonderful hike through the Vulkaneiffel in 2015. Great memory. And I'm already looking forward to spring in the mountains. In the real mountains, that is. In the Alps. :-)⠀
