Waking up high above the Verzasca Valley and then on to Lavertezzo
Again and again I heard that the 3rd day was the worst. Far from it. It was the second day for me. I woke up in the tent and immediately set off down the valley. Destination: Lavertezzo (or further, if I'm honest.).
But after a short time I no longer felt like taking a single step. Every step hurt, the lady, as I call my backpack, was very clingy and actually everything was stupid. And anyway.
But hear for yourself the thoughts I had.

Hello dear Heike,
After listening to the episode about your outdoor sleep test in the forest, I have now listened to this one too and am very enthusiastic. You did everything right with your decision to take a room. My body sometimes annoys me too, only yesterday I had to stop a hike because of knee pain. I cursed a lot but it doesn't help. Today it's better again and that's probably what it was for you too. I'll have to keep listening 🙂
