11 days in Rome. A beautiful city, almost empty due to the circumstances. We visit the big highlight, the small alleys, dawdle through the city and try to learn some Italian.
Queuing at the Colosseum? Not a chance. Waiting in the Vaikan? Nope! And by the way, several times a day: Italian cuisine! Later we notice that one or the other pair of trousers must have shrunk.
And then, at the very end, a quick escape from Italy. Not from Rome. Not from the food. No, quite simply: we are fed up with the "C" sanctions!
