Sloth day. Pyjama style all day.
🐕 Looking at the granddog in love.
Eating cake.
🧶 Pushing ahead with the decade project crochet blanket while unsuccessfully trying to teach the dog that wool (my wool!) is not a toy.
And: Repeat.

PS: For all the uninitiated: I started this crochet blanket in 2007. And so slowly it is like good wine: it has to mature. First it was half finished. Then I didn't like it any more. So I rippled it all up again.
New start in 2008 or 2009. They grew in rows.
In between, there were years of contemplation, i.e. she lived out her unfinished existence in decorative baskets and in the end even lovelessly in a blue Ikea box. Then, at some point, it was almost finished.
Until I shivered and realised that it wasn't warm at all. So I changed my plans and adjusted the pattern. That's what I'm working on now. And the goal is to have the work monster ready by Christmas. I finally want to knit jumpers again, crochet hats, no longer have this huge project breathing down my neck...
