Today it was about 10 kilometres up and down. At one o'clock I was full. And the pizzeria was open. And I felt like an apple spritzer and espresso. And: I got a room and took a long nap. Tomorrow I'm going up again, this time high up. I am curious. My running strength is not so good at the moment. My shoulders hurt. I could really complain at the top of my lungs.
