050 - My adventure crossing the Alps - Via Spiez (oh, far too many people) on to Wimmis and along the Simme and the Kander to Zwieselberg.

A beautiful, peaceful day's hike from Wimmis to Zwieselberg

I started the day with a breathtaking view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and Lake Thun below me. Freshly strengthened and very well rested, I set off on my hike. Arriving in Spiez, I was overwhelmed by the many people (were there really that many?) and quickly drove to Wimmis to hike along the Simme and later the Kander to arrive at Sonja's in the afternoon. Sonja runs a small BnB in Zwieselberg and is a fantastic hostess.

I'll spend the night here tonight and tomorrow, then continue on Sunday. Where to? I don't know. So not yet.
