Big journey 🏍 Day 149
We had winter for a week. Greek winter. 6 degrees, wind, rain and the heating was broken.
Means: Wrapped up in a woollen blanket and sleeping bag on the sofa, audio books to your ears, cups of hot tea and a cuddly cat on your lap. It could be so nice.

If the witch wasn't shooting right now. Right in the back. So, in addition to the cuddling, the massage and warmth programme: fill up the hot water bottle several times a day and move the radiator as close to the sofa as possible. When our landlady saw how stiff I was, she gave me a big bag full of home-knitted scarves and shawls to keep me warm. Now I walk around like a grandmother - wonderfully wrapped up. And it helps, it gets better from day to day.

Winter not only brings a breath of fresh air around the corner of the balcony, but also transforms the Mani into a snow-covered feast for the eyes. Yesterday we went for a walk on the beach in beautiful sunshine and spring-like temperatures. The view is simply magical. The atmosphere is marvellous.

Koroni is somehow a place to stay. Okay, in the meantime, we don't have much choice. Once again, we are grateful to be "stranded" in this place.
