Yay, here we go! Our motorbike journey finally begins. We borrow two 250cc Hondas and rattle off. In Laos, a main road like this doesn't seem to have the pretension that it wants to be perceived as a road. Potholes, some 30 cm deep, scree and sometimes no road at all (rain & mud = road slide). We experienced all of this on the highly praised road number 13 - - - But no matter what: we had fun driving around and covered an incredible 160 km in 9 hours.
