Maybe I should have got the latest edition of the travel guide after all?
However: we roam around, look at fenced-in lighthouses or fortresses secured with barbed wire. The best thing is: the area around is not particularly well maintained, nature does what it wants and the landscape around is simply a dream.
The Black Sea coast north of Varna is beautiful, apart from the towns there. Rugged cliffs alternate with long sandy beach bays.
